Interactive Teller Machines

Have you ever tried out one of our ITM’s?  If so, it is probably attributed to the changes we all were forced to embrace during this pandemic.  If you have not tested them out, here are a few things you should know prior to using them for a smoother experience:

  • If you touch the screen during business hours and do not insert a debit or ATM card, a live teller will assist you.
  • Cash and checks must be separated when making a deposit or payment.  Machines will only accept one form of payment at a time.
  • Do not insert loan coupons, deposit slips or currency straps.  The machines read checks and paper currency only.
  • Endorse the back of the negotiable items you are cashing or depositing.  If the check needs an authorization code to be processed, it must be presented in the lobby to a teller.  (i.e., income tax refund checks)
  • Cash deposits can be made after hours for immediate credit by inserting your debit or ATM card.  Checks are not accepted during non-business hours due to their approval process.

Pretty simple, huh? Now that you know a few things about the 3 ITMs we have on site, you can confidently give them a try.

If you have any questions or concerns, we would be glad to assist you. We completely understand if you prefer to come in to conduct your business, we love to see our members, even if it is just to say hello!
